Eventide Web Design will work with you every step of the way in getting an effective and attractive Web site up and running. We not only develop new Web sites but we will overhaul an existing Web site. We also offer ongoing maintenance for your Web site, whether we developed it or not.
Getting your Web site designed and published involves several steps:
- Choose a domain name and register it (if you don't already own one)
- You can choose your own Web host or we can recommend one for you
- Decide how many pages you need and the general layout of the Web site. You will do this using our Web Site Planning Worksheet
- Provide any text content and images that you wish to be included on your site
- Eventide develops your Web site
- Your Web site is uploaded to the Web host
If any of that seems the least bit daunting, don't worry, we will make the entire process easy for you. We even have a Website Planning Worksheet and Website Content Worksheet. These worksheets will walk you through the decisions you need to make to help design your Web site how you want it to look.
New Web Site Development
The base package includes five custom Web pages: Home, Services, About, Location, and
Contact. These can be named and customized to fit your needs. Also included are domain registration, setting up a Web
host, and search engine optimization and submission.
Services and pricing are the same for overhauling existing Web sites.
After the Web site is published and "live". You can choose to either have a short training session on maintaining the site yourself via the Web host's control panel or Eventide can provide ongoing maintenance and updates.
