Web Site Maintenance
No Web site is simply created, uploaded to a server and left alone - at least it shouldn't be! Whether Eventide designed your Web site or not, we will handle most any regular maintenance you may require. We can make periodic changes to news items, for example, or if you need to change the price of items on your site - we'll even manage email acounts, and more!
What "maintenance" does and does not include:- Mainteance does include
- Minor changes to a page's text, links, and images on an existing page (up to 200 words or 5 images per page)
- Web hosting account management (adding/deleting email accounts, ftp accounts, etc)
- Site functionality (navigation and similar server-based work)
- Management of installed photo gallery software
- Management of installed shopping cart software
- Management of installed calendar software
- Maintenance does not include
- Creating a new Web page
- Additions to your Web site such as adding a photo gallery or shopping cart

| Month-to-Month contract: | $50 |
| Six month contract: | $250 - Thats a $50 savings - one month free! |
| Yearly contract: | $500 - Save $100 - two months free! |
- Please note:
- Minimum 1 hour billed for any hourly-rate work done
- Contracted plans are pre-paid
- Contracts include up to two hours per month
- For Contracts, hourly rate is charged for any time worked over two hours in a calendar month
- Work will be completed within 48 hours of your confirmation of the quoted price - it is usually done within 24 hours
With a maintenance contract we can overhaul existing pages or add one or more new pages to your site at the rate of $75 per page.
All maintenance services are subject to our Terms of Service Agreement. All maintenance plans require a signed contract before work will commence.
